Shipping & Delivery Policy
Domestic Shipping (Within Ghana)
We offer two delivery options within Accra and to other regions in Ghana:
- Standard Delivery (Accra): Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.
- Express Delivery (Accra): Estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days.
- Outside Accra: Additional charges apply based on distance and location.
International Shipping
We deliver globally and offer the following options:
- Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days, depending on the destination.
- Express International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5–14 business days.
Note: All delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.
Shipping Rates
Domestic Rates (within Accra):
- Standard Delivery: GHS 30 – 70
- Express Delivery: GHS 50 – 100
- Free Delivery: For orders above GHS 700
- Outside Accra: Delivery fees vary based on location.
International Rates:
- Standard Shipping: Rates vary based on destination.
- Express Shipping: Rates vary based on destination.
- Free International Shipping: On orders above USD 50,000
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and delivery address. You’ll be able to view final shipping charges before completing your purchase.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
- Customs delays may occur and are beyond our control. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by customs or your local postal service.
Returns & Exchanges
At BelBerry, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Some products are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items)
- Personalized products
- Intimate apparel
- Final sale items (clearly marked as “Final Sale”)
Return Process

Once approved, we will provide a return shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items). - Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable in cases where incorrect or defective items were delivered.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Exchanges
To exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), follow the return process above. Once the return is received and processed, we will dispatch the replacement. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items

Final Sale Items
Products marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
